Reading Homework 

Please read with your child as much as possible and complete their reading record. On Thursdays, books will be changed and reading records checked. Children will be awarded a raffle ticket each time they read at home. These will all go into a jar for an end-of-term treat, with a few lucky winners selected!

Maths Homework 

This term, I would like children to use Times Tables Rock Stars (TTRS) to practise their times tables. I will also be sending home a printed version of TTRS for children who prefer to learn this way.

On TTRS, Garage Mode is best for practising the tables I have set. Children can use Jamming Mode to select their own tables to practise without the pressure of a timer.

Spelling Homework 

Spelling homework is an online quiz that will be available for 7 days. A new quiz will be uploaded each week on a Monday. Key spelling words will also be sent home for children to practise. This will help them to learn and spell the words correctly.

We will use these key words in sentences on Thursdays. Login details can be found in reading records.
