I am Miss Bignell and I am delighted to welcome you to our Year 1 page. Here you will find the latest Critical Path and Subject Web, which provide an overview of what the children are currently learning across the curriculum. These documents are updated regularly to help you stay informed about key learning, upcoming topics and important curriculum content. We hope you find them useful in supporting and celebrating your child's learning journey throughout the year.

Year 1 is a truly wonderful year, full of exciting opportunities for children to grow in confidence, independence and curiosity. As the children settle into Key Stage 1, they will develop many new skills and learn fascinating concepts across all areas of the curriculum. I am sure they will be eager to share their achievements, discoveries and new knowledge with you at home!

Please check back regularly to see updates on what we have been learning, important class information, and photographs celebrating the children's experiences and achievements. We look forward to working together to make this a happy, successful and memorable year for every child.

Thank you for your continued support. Let's make it a fantastic Year 1 adventure!
