Teaching Assistant details
This role is initially in our Year 5 class and is a full time, permanent position starting at Grade 5 point 11.
We are looking for someone who:
Is calm, patient, and understanding, with a genuine passion for working with children.
Has a good sense of humour and can bring positivity to the classroom.
Is flexible and resilient, ready to embrace the variety each day brings.
Works well as part of a team and values collaboration.
Is willing to model and promote our core Christian values.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work with children to help them develop confidence and independence.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support to children with additional needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Adapt and deliver learning activities to suit individual pupils.
Understand a range of positive behaviour strategies and be able to implement these effectively.
Experience with SEN or relevant qualifications is desirable but not essential—we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Cleaning role details
This is a fixed term, maternity cover contract until 26th March 2027, or until our existing cleaner returns from her Maternity leave. The working hours will be from 3.15 – 5.15, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with some additional hours in school holidays for deep cleans.
The rate of pay is Grade 1, pt. 2, during term time only, 38 weeks per year. Any additional hours worked during School holidays will be on a claim basis, with prior consent from your line manager.

- Take part in training opportunities to support continuous development and best practices.
- Show respect, professionalism, and consideration towards others at all times.
